My passion for construction began when I was a young boy, helping my grandfather build fences, garages and sheds. I spent countless hours in his woodworking shop learning about tools, craftsmanship and the satisfaction that comes from building something properly. Those early experiences sparked an interest that has stayed with me throughout my life.

I began my career in home renovations, where I decided to pursue my journeyman carpenter designation. From there, I gained experience working for a commercial general contractor before returning to school to complete my Construction Engineering Technology diploma. After graduating, I combined my education, carpentry experience, technical skills and passion for business during more than 14 years with an off-site construction manufacturer.

I founded TriMark Master Builders as the next chapter in that lifelong journey—a company where I could put my experience and values into every home while creating something meaningful to share with my family and three children.

The TriMark name was inspired by my three children and the three commitments at the heart of our company: Quality, Integrity and Legacy. Quality means taking pride in how every home is built. Integrity means being honest, accountable and doing what we say we will do. Legacy means building homes—and a family business—that will stand the test of time.
